Ilene Jaroslaw returned this year to the ABA White Collar Crime Institute in London and presented a heady topic at one of the plenary sessions — “Are We Witnessing an Erosion of the Rule of Law?” — together with panelists from the UK, France and Italy (Richard Sallybanks, Victoire Chatelin, Fabio Cagnola and Clare Montgomery).
