Ilene Jaroslaw will moderate a panel at the 2024 Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA) Leadership Retreat and Annual Attorney Meeting in San Francisco on March 5.
The panel, “Navigating Pool Counsel and Joint Defense Representations,” will include attorneys from several countries to discuss the tips, tricks, and ethical considerations of acting as pool counsel and working pursuant to joint defense agreements.
